circa 1964, with 9 1/2in. black anodised barrel, ramp fore-sight, adjustable rear-sight, black crackle-finished receiver, blued frame and brown chequered plastic grips, the whole retaining much original finish throughout and complete with its manufacturer's brown card carton, spare sight elements, original cleaning rod and an after-market oil-bottle together with an amateur produced wood case with lid escutcheon engraved with the model details and a newspaper cutting regarding the sale for £277,250 of a similar pistol used by Sean Connery for the promotion of the James Bond film 'From Russia with Love'.
